Recently the KolmogorovVolkoff (KV) black hole concept was introduced by the authors of the black hole solution to EinsteinMaxwell theory. In this paper, we show that the KolmogorovVolkoff (KV) black hole can be constructed in the presence of a cosmological constant. The proposed solution includes a nonthermal horizon which is a two dimensional boundarylike structure. The solution is obtained by a nonperturbative solution to the EinsteinMaxwell theory. Because the solution is in the presence of a cosmological constant, a KolmogorovVolkoff (KV) black hole can also be constructed. The proposed solution is based on a nonperturbative solution to the relativistic theory. We prove that the proposed solution is in the presence of a cosmological constant.
