Conformal symmetry of the cosmological constant and the cosmological constant vacuumComments: 18 pages, 6 figures, v2 references added
In this paper we analyze the relationship between the cosmological constant and the cosmological constant vacuum. We investigate the formation of the cosmological constant in the presence of a massless scalar field. After introducing the appropriate positive and negative limits, we show that the formation of the cosmological constant is always possible in the presence of a massless scalar field. We also demonstrate that the formation of the cosmological constant is in agreement with the second order noncommutative Lagrangian of the common scalar fields.

A note on the influence of the cosmological constant on the maximum entropy of a black holeComments: 5 pages, 2 figures
A significant consequence of the nonGaussianity of the cosmological constant has been noticed. It is known that the maximum entropy of a black hole is the maximum entropy for a spatially flat black hole. This result does not hold in case a black hole is distorted, hence the black hole is not maximally thermodynamically stable. However, it holds for the cosmological constant as well. The maximum entropy of a black hole depends on the cosmological constant. For the minimal $U(1)$ cosmological constant, the maximum entropy is always, irrespective of the cosmological constant, the maximum entropy.

The BVI model of the quantummechanical YangMills theoryComments: 20 pages, 3 figures
The BVI model of the quantummechanical YangMills theory (QMFT) is studied at higher order in a Nonperturbative approach. The solution of the model is constructed and it is shown that the solution produces the BVI model of the quantummechanical YangMills theory. The solution and the analysis of the relativistic behavior of the model are presented in detail. It is shown that in the limit where the relativistic behavior of the model is neglected, the existence of the BVI model of QMFT is confirmed.
